Are you looking for a dynamic start to your career in recruitment and sales? Our traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your competencies and skills. As a trainee you are involved in recruitment & selection in various niche markets for our clients.
What are you going to do?
You are the key to the success of our candidates and customers. You guide candidates from start to finish in their search for a suitable job. You build long-term relationships based on trust and clear communication.
Your tasks:
- Candidate guidance: You are the first point of contact for candidates and personally guide them through the entire process. You answer questions, provide advice and ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Network management: You maintain an active network of professionals in your niche market. You look for top profiles, approach prospects and build relationships with potential customers.
- Account management: You are responsible for your own customer portfolio. You maintain contact, identify needs and advise on the best recruitment strategies.
- Commercial thinking: You think in terms of opportunities, recognize cross- and upsell opportunities and sell our various forms of collaboration with enthusiasm.
- Administration: You process the administration of your candidates and ensure an efficient workflow.
